Bugged when spawned.

Fixed when ride little bit backwards and then forward... but it is actually bugged one

@rainbow123410 Armoured vehicle weigh alot in tonnage so its onl right that this one is slower than normal too

Make more armored versions of the vanilla vehicles in Unturned :D
