Prairie Dog, did you unfreeze this dupe before driving this tank? You can unfreeze this with physgun by pressing R.

None of the arrow keys or numpad buttons do anything for it. Could I fix it somehow?

you should add the shoot button as numpad 5 to make it easier to shoot while driving and rotating

why the fuck would you add a wiremod cannon on a vehicle that moves with arrow keys.
Either all of it should be wiremod, or none of it. It's just too illogical
