i was looking into the workshop folder and the workshop folder was the one where i found the .bin files

Some years ago they changed addons from the addon folder to a workshop folder outside of Gmod. Try looking there.

the addon folder in gmod is for some reason empty btw

The addon should be a .gma, not a .bin.

i tried it, its simply not recieving the file because its in the .bin format

People do need props, otherwise they wouldn't be downloading this.

And I can't make functional weapons, you will have to ask someone else.
