Since this weapon is for a VAMPIRE set for demo... then why not have stats like this.

-50% Damage
-25% Fire resistance

Advantages:

-75% damage taken from sticky jumps
Projectiles flying with the speed of the wearer

Disadvantages:

-88% max bombs out
Explodes on contact with surfaces

The soft blow

On hit: bleed for 10 seconds
On hit: + 10 health
Crits on bleeding targets

-50% damage penalty
Only 4 bombs can be placed
Cannot collect health from dispensers

For every second a enemy is bleeding the user is healed 3 HP per second

it stuns do to being way to comfortable to pay attention-this was based on the fraze "death never looked so comfortable"

If the demoman is vampire based, then this weapon should allow a small number of stickys to reman after a death. so he can detanate when he respawns, or when hes dead. no?

what about these stats?

+25% damage
+25% explosion radius
ik it's kinda different from everyone below me but this launcher seems like it would do more damage instead of having a lot out at once
