its nice,but it seems like any place that has non-hostile NPCs,other guards (stormcloaks and imperials) attack the locals and guards on site

Wait does that really happen if you sleep in the bed , you end up in a mario brothers skyrim version I was going to download this or subscribe for a more immersion lore thing n see if it worked ok with etac, but Not if that happens o.O

if you have any other mods like house mods or any mod that edits the area around this town then it maybe be the other mods causing you to crash because they also edit the nav mesh.

if you are using Hearthfire you need the Hearthfire compatible version. found at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=97501644&tscn=1459542788

The Places arent compatible with hearthfire. Read the description for a hearthfire version

@Lies and Slander Same thing happened to me except with bandit, there is a mod you could try. I think its just called Resurrection or Resurrect dead npcs but when looting a dead npc it gives you the option to loot them or bring them back to life.

I came into the town for the first time, and several of the npcs were dead due to a freak spider attack. Anyone have any idea how to resurrect them, because the console commands dont seem to be working.

Warning: Will conflict/crash the game if The Fox Hole by Lithxe is installed. This is due to Oakwood being in the same exact area. Will also be effected if similar mods in the same area are installed.

Resubbing to the standard and hearthfire editions of the mod allowed me to bypass the Bethesda logo CTD but I still CTD when approaching the village. This needs to get fixed because I'm now caught between choosing a CTD on startup or a CTD in the game.

Broke my game. I had the same problem as everyone else, CTD when approaching the village so I just decided to unsubscribe and remove it from my data files but now that I've done that I get CTDs after the Bethesda logo. Thanks.

CTD the mod, I would suggest avoiding this mod till 13 comes back and fixes it. Cleaned it, tried getting to the lil village by different ways. I always CTD when I get close. Its up to 13 to fix it now.

@count it happened to me to, do you have heartfire? if so you have to unsub this (and probably go to the folder and delete the file) and then sub on the one made for heartfire.

CtDs crossing the river after getting the dragon stone, or thereabouts, as you approach the huntress' camp, or as you encounter the slaughterfish. That's the first place it CtDs for me with the unofficial patch, unofficial hd patch, and all DLCs.
