actually "ServerPerks" is a file but it is on steam and yes just type it in the same way i said it, or just go down the list of mods for it which no matter what you should be able to find it.
first is subscribe to the user for download once it is complete just find the file in- Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/KillingFloor/system, than change the ServerPerksDefault.int to ServerPerks.int, Note: You dont need the ".int" just only ServerPerks, after words subscribe than WHILE it is downloading copy and click open ServerPerks than at the bottom past the skin/weapon or so on codes like: CustomCharacters=Elexis.ElexisSin
also do note as well while you may be able to play on single player that in order for you to play multiplayer with the skins/weapons the server host MUST have server veterancy as a mutator enabled in order for you to use em, hopefully i helped and sorry in advance if i didnt and have a nice day/night ladies and gentlement.

Guys. You need to download a mod called serverperks. Google it. It's used for servers to add mutators to the game. That's how you get it to work. Also: You won't be able to run around with this skin in mulitplayer if you have it. Ther server has to have the mutator enabled fo you to be able to choose it. I hope this has settled the cinfusion.

Put in the notepad file named serverperks there isnt a ini I found that out hope that helps

If you're going to make a model at least you should EXPLAIN better how to install it.

the download button is the subcribe.. when you start the game it'll automatically download the files for you.
