+on wearer: you grant the ability to toss your buildings instead of just placing them
+able to build two sentries
+50% max metal on wearer
-no teleporters
-sentries cannot deal crits

this is different from the borderlands 2 stuff some people talk about, so copyright does not aply. and even if it would, it'd be stupid not to bring this to tf2. if they wouldn't allow it, they could make a deal involving promotions instead of just allowing it in tf2.
