honestly i think its great but honestly if u redtrict a weapon to halloween wats the point of it. plus if theres a (im gonna call it a jason voorheese mask excuse me) then it seems more meaningful in a pack. plus it CAN be given its own perks but i honestly think that it looks like a reskin for the boston basher. so why not make it clean then bloody when u hit someone. so im not saying yes or no untill i see if its changed

I don't really know about this item it's like the flying guillotine re-skin but if you add more bleed damage it would be a perfectley acceptable weapon
