Movie Dev Tycoon: A Plan to Overhaul the Game
Just found these guys on the workshop, the mod is not a working mod anymore but the creators are planning on making something much bigger. Find more info in the comments:

These guys need modders and support to make this happen, to turn GDT into Movie Dev Tycoon with new gameplay, language, logic and interface (depending on how much help they get). Any help is wildly appreciated. I want this so succeed badly, so I'll be donating to their patreon which you can find on the mod page. Thansk guys
