I would love a mod that lets me start in about 1970 with a Ping console. Ping has two directions, up and down. Ping II may have an upgrade added, a fire button and later on, a four direction controller.

Around 1975, after exhausting research, we could release the Safari 1300.

A few years later, we could release a platform for the home computer, complete with a fancy cassette drive. Add ons could be a speaker and a screen with 8 colors.

Point being, it would be fun to start a little further back at the VERY beginning. And maybe extend the game further into the future when the VR gaming industry starts to peak and mature.
