World Builder Save Map Bug Solution
This manual is no longer relevant, since the bug has been fixed, but I'm glad I could help people make their maps!

Charter to wait from relics fixing the bug in the map editor, I decided to find a solution myself. My first attempts did not succeed, and I already thought that it would turn out ok, but I was going to see the file after the game was closed, but all the time I forgot and opened the map editor, which overwritten the information in this file. But today I finally remembered that I forgot to finish it and about a miracle, the solution to the problem was found in this file. The fact is that when you save a map after its opening, the map editor creates a file map_name.prefabdata, which is indicated by the game in the error message. When creating a new map of the file, prefabdata is not present, so it does not connect to the sga file and the map as it is supposed to be recognized by the game. Now the solution, for a game to see your map, is to save it after editing the map, and then delete the map_name.prefabdata file from the source folder of the map, then export the package and everything will work. In any case, I have earned, I hope you too =)

You might want to add that this has the high potential of breaking the map and rendering it unplayable trough Black Minimap of Death

No, you are mistaken, I do not want to add it, everyone is free to decide whether to use this method or not, those who are afraid to spoil the map can make a backup. I have already used this method several times and there were no problems with the playability of the maps.

i can confirm that by saving the map.
then deleteing map_name.prefabdata then exporting makes it work
this works! Many thanks.

quick fyi

I created and saved a new map to workshop tonight, however there was no prefabdata file in the save location, and the map uploaded fine. So im assuming this has been fixed in the new patch.

Bug was patched. File map_name.prefabdata no longer created after saving the map.
