rain / snow

i cant seem to get the rain or snow working in my maps , nor sure if there is something specific i have to enable to change , i have ticked and unticked all option in atmosphere rain section to no avail .

anyone point me in hte right direction ,

I just went through all the rain settings on the scenrario>atmosphere>weather tab, i put everything to 40, and changed the texture to weather_rain . . . . that seemed to work, you can tinker with it from there.
