Mod to skip Cut Scenes/Dialogue?

Maybe this doesn't even require a mod and I just haven't hit the right button. I hate being forced to watch cut scenes and listen to long winded dialogue as well as not being able to do anything while said cut scene/dialogue is being played. So a mod that will skip the dialogue if say Space-bar is pressed twice or something like that would be awesome.

i could explain how to remove them entirely via mod (and i am pretty sure there is already one), but not sure if skipping them via Hotkey is doable.. might require some workarounds to get a hotkey event...

Thanks for the response. I recently just started the game over from the beginning. I played about half way through the game before, got burnt out and came back. I needed a refresher on how to play so I just started over. But watching all the cut scenes again is just annoying. However I would like to be able to watch and hear content I haven't seen yet at least once. Oh well, I guess I'm just stuck with them for now.
