How to make items unrerollable.

If you use the d4 while you have a picture from mom item or a key piece, you reroll all of your passives besides those items.

How does the game do this, and can I make an item operate that way?

I am asking for the purpose of making an "Eve" always has babylon as a passive mod/

yeah mate im searching for answer for the same question but i dont think i found any here... its been how much since 2017, have you found the answer to that question?

Repentance introduced baking items into a character, that would be immune to rerolling. OP points out WoB being rerolled in older versions of the game, this is no longer the case when starting with Eve.

Not sure if you need Repentogon for it though, in which case you would have to uninstall Rep+ or wait for the update.

Despite having uploaded something to the TBOI workshop, I haven't tinkered with the APIs enough to know for sure how you do it.
