The Return Policy is a single-use active item similar to Diplopia, Death's Certificate and Revelations. It's sold in shops for 15 cents and found in the secret room. On use; it teleports you to a large chest room containing every item you've collected so far. Picking up an item removes it from your inventory and returns you to where you used Return Policy. This is useful when you accidentally pick up an item that breaks or hinders your build in some way.
