The options available when modding is the following:

Adding simulations, policies, situations, events, dilemmas, grudges and countries.

Change the link between policies, situations and simulations through overrides.

Disable a situation by keeping it very negative. (Like the industrial revolution mod)

Most things can be made through this, but I would REALLY need the ability to through overrides disable(or make country exclusive) certain policies, simulations, events and dilemmas.

Also the ability to change voter types would be really helpful.
