KotH Box Shape + Size
I have been playing around with the KotH blueprint and decided that I would like to have a cylindrical zone. How can I change the shape of the goal zone collision? Just wondering as I have been reworking Prota and I can't change the collision of the KotH zone.

You have to create a normal Koth shape. After that you go the to the detail pannel at the right. There you can see at the top Box (Inherited) you have to scroll down to the StaticMesh8 which is the purple area at the Koth mesh. There you have to change the static meshto a cylinder. To do this you have to create a static mesh (as an example in blender and import it to ue4. You can also youse the ue4 bsp files and convert them to a staic mesh but then the lightmaps often do not work (the meshes are totally black etc.).
Then you just change it to your Clyinder Static Mesh and you are ready :)

I just create a mesh and thats how it looks like. Just a basic idea if you do that you also have to change the outer corner meshes.

Yes I have worked this out, but the space where you get points is still a cube. I want to change the main collision shapes (this is the one on top of the layer containing StaticMesh 8 just called "Box"). Thank you for the contribution in any case.

Hi guys, sorry for the slow response. Actually, different shapes of Koth goal was not something I accounted for with the current Koth goal, although it would be very easy to add. You're right, DarkGuy, that Ex3mx's idea there only accounts for the visuals, not the collision, but it has made me realise that I can just use the mesh for collision detection, then you can use whatever custom shape you want. I believe there is a Shape_Cylinder mesh in the starter content even. I'll try and add that for the next devfiles update.

Sorry, I forgot about this for a while but I've just changed the koth goal so that you can use any shape, as described above. I'll try and get this out in a devfiles update soon, hopefully no later than this weekend
