it's a somewhat sexual gmae, so obviously people who liked the game's aesthetics to begin with will make stuff that's sexual. But I don't really have a problem with anything thats been made on the workshop so far. It's all pretty much been in good taste, and there's nothing absolutely horrible there. I would like to see more mods that are new levels or that add onto sections of the game though. If you want to see more sfw workshop mods, then you might have to make them yourself or ask/commision them from a mod author.

Aside from the nudity, I'm impressed with the imports and there's other optional mods featuring clothed characters. With that said, it's possible the game was overshadowed by small advertising, lack of alternative platform releases, and even the shameless sexuality. Even with that in mind, it's still a cult classic as of now and could eventually receive the appreciation it deserves from a broader audience if the game received a sequel or were released on PS4/Xbox One.

Believe me when I tell you there's crazier mods out there for this game unseen here.
