I'm not sure about his situation while uploading but what I'd experience before when I have a failed upload, the file automatically stores in the workshop with a 0.00mb size and a Haydee name given opposed to my title when uploading. At first I wasn't aware of this but later understands that this happens all the ime with a failed upload. I then had to delete off the bug file on workshop.
So looking at his situation, it doesn't seems to me he had a failed upload, his files aren't 0.0mb and they are all named instead of Haydee.

I probably recommend the uploader do a house cleaning on his workshop page.
