Map making question
Alright, I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but how would I modify a map to make certain surfaces not register projectile collision, but register player collision, as well as make the map bigger? I'm asking this to modify the map from the "maido maido" gamemode, which is designed to practice airshots. The problem with this, is that I'm looking to practice direct airshots, but when I hit the wall, it propels them, which isn't helping. I'm willing to download a software (it wouldn't hurt if you recommended one), but if there's a map developer out there who is willing to do this, I wouldn't turn down an offer like that either.

I don't know if this is even possible with the quake engine. Is there another map you know of that does this?

Hmm. No, I don't know any other maps like this. I assumed you might be able to because of other games, but that's stupid thinking about it.

That's called player clipping and it's possible but I don't kow how it works exactly!

After some research, here's the best thing I can offer you :
[16:55] <noctis> player clips, weapon clips, caulk etc. are all in the "common" shaders

Also obviously that's in Gtkradiant.
