How to get started on creating a mod.
Hello, I really enjoy the modding commutity and I want to add to it. I checked out the UltimateModEditor but, I can't seem to find a download link, If someone would link it to, that would be great!. Anyways, I want to make mods for GDT but, I don't know where to start. Is there a tutorial out there for making a GDT mod without the use of UME?

From what I read, UME is discontinued. No problem, I like a good challenge!
