Doesnt matter how many great games you make. My first hire was a tech guy, then a design guy. The design guy had like 650 design points. We were pumping out great rated 8/9 rated games for pc just to stay afloat. I hate this game, and I will never load it again. Because its like swimming upstream against a river while being bombarded by eggs and punched in the face if you want to forgo the consoles.
