Synergies MOD - Synergies HIGHT LOOT

I have both MODS and this is my question, im playing with my brother and some areas take more time to load and sometimes the screen just freeze and when one of both leave the lobby the screen load fast, and btw in other cases the game just freeze in the loading screen and then i need restart the pc, is this a normal bug for the Synergies MOD and Synergies HIGH LOOT?

It is a problem that occurs in Torchlight with and without mods.

It is generally recommended that the player who has the longest load times enter the new area first.
