Scenario creator help
So... i am creating a random scenario, i added a few random events, some of them will cause deaths in a certain country
The problem is
when the event happens and the deaths happen too, my disease gets spotted in that country even if it's not even infected yet!
Any help regarding what outcome to change in order to stop this from happening?
