2050 population fix

I searched the internet and via google plus youtube found som fix's so the game dosnt stop at population 2050 (or there abouts), Does anyone have a mod/fix so i can have higher population ?

Cybershadow 2030 has Tropico 5

There should be an option in the settings part of the main menu. Somewhere in that list of option is to change the maximum population. That's how i play game of 5k plus citizens.
