So, I've recently decided to learn about mission editor and I just started to edit the maps only (terrain, resource, etc.) and try to upload it to steam workshop for testing and everytime I tried it failed, and looking at my workshop files, there's a blank item named Tropico 5. I tried to upload the example mission editor provided by the game and it worked.
Is there anything I missed? I alrady read the guide provided in pinned post, but I don't seem to have the Steam Submission Form menu on my mission editor. Any response for reminding me what did I miss?
