I need help with the modding tools

I got everything setup and I cloned what I want to edit but it won't let me edit the clone. Why ? I want to reduce the time it takes to respawn an Elite after it had fallen in battle

Double clicking on the table column value (of 0) should let you edit it!

I understand how it works now but I still can't find what I want to do though. I want to reduce the cooldown of a dead Elite before you can spawn it again.
