Some World Builder Questions

So I've been working on a map for a little while and I have some questions, if anybody has the answers.

1 - Copy and Paste... Can anybody else use it? For me they're just greyed out and so I've been having do place everything one object at a time which is far too time consuming - its taken a lot of time doing what I've already done, and I'm far from finished. Copy and paste would save me a LOT of time, and I'm getting a bit annoyed by how many of my DoW3 hours are just be slowly working away or experimenting in the World Builder xD

2 - Changing map boundaries. So, I want to know if it's possible for me to make the map smaller or not. I didn't know how much space I would need and I've ended up not needing as much space as I thought so I just have this great big band around the outside. At the very least I would like to be able to reduce the visable area for the map to fit the playable area.

3 - Rotation. When I first used the World Builder, I could rotate objects in every direction, putting them in their side etc. However, shortly after starting I stopped being able to do this, only rotating them parallel to the ground apart from a few select objects that I had placed at the start. Is there a button I've accidently pressed at some pont? I can't see any settings pointing towards it.

It's been a while since I've used the editor and I've forgot the hotkey but there definitely is a way to easily copy objects. I think I learned how to do it from a video uploade by Draimond. Search that on YouTube and watch his tutorial videos it helped me a lot. Sorry I can't say much about point 2 and 3 besides that there are most likely hotkeys for rotation as well and I think Draimond mentions those in his video(s).
