I use mouse pad
Run the game and go to 'Options' from the main menu, then 'Keybindings' and check there to see if anything was changed or messed up.

Otherwise go to the Steam Library, on the entry for TKOM click 'Play' and then 'Open Launcher' then left click 'Reset Game Settings to Default'.

Launcher window with button highlighted:

You will also need to check the settings for the mouse outside of the game and inside windows 10 itself by going here: http://www.digitalcitizen.life/how-configure-mouse-windows-10

Instructions for changing keybindings in-game is at the bottom of the window.

but it dosnt say how to set a mousepad action
Do you mean a mouse action? You'd just double-click whichever key you want to change and then hit a button on the mouse or keyboard to change it. I think you can also hit enter but that one changes the key that is currently highlighted.

Yeah... I just checked it. You double-click with the mouse on whichever one you want to change and then just click which button or hit a key on the keyboard to change it to that key. Enter will only change the keybind that is currently highlighted.

but theresonly right and left how do you g change it to scroll up?
Your mouse has to have a scroll wheel if you want to change something to a scroll key. You'd doubleclick the one your trying to change and then just scroll the mouse up or down depending on which scroll direction you want. If it's a laptop touchpad there should be a section on the touchpad that controls the scroll which is usually on the right side.

Some also have a horizontal scroll too.

hi im back i meant how do i make it so my camrae follows my mouse because when i try the camrae just turns to the upper right the only way to control where i look is the arrow keys
Do you have a physical mouse that is plugged in using USB or is this a touchpad or touch stick on a laptop? Either will function the same the only difference is a physical mouse uses a optical sensor or laser, whereas a touchpad/touchstick uses your finger for movement.

Unless you've right clicked (which stops the camera movement with mouse and lets you only move the cursor for clicking things like the refinery's buttons) then the camera should be moving along with the mouse movement.

You might want to check the drivers for the mouse or it's settings in general. Also if you have any other controllers like joysticks, driving wheels or the like try unplugging them.

You've either screwed up the settings thinking you needed to re-assign keys, something isn't set right with the mouse, or as I stated drivers and unplugging any other controllers you may have plugged in. This is NOT KSP or any other game... apples and oranges.

Also look over and try the steps from this troubleshooting guide:

Otherwise there isn't much else I can help with, sorry.
