Can I ask about the difference between Torchfun Overhaul and 2 part of Torchfun?

And can I use Torchfun Overhaul and UA without conflict?

"Overhaul" has both "Part 1" and "2".

"Part 1" is just levels adjusted (It should work therefore).

"Part 2" adds many things (I do not know if it works with Unearthed Arcana).

You could try "Overhaul" (or "Part 2") and see if it does work.
