LAO 2.0 Chaos Edition (v.31)

Description
Every item from LAO 2.0 has been stripped of any pre set affix bonuses. By doing so, every item will now only spawn random affixes.

This has been done for three reasons.

1. It's fun :)
2. To help balance out 1 hand vs 2 hand weapons
3. To lessen the amount of affixes spawning on items compared to LAO 2.0 (a nerf so to speak)

By taking off all the pre-set affixes it will be much easier to control what spawns on an item and by how much. In vanilla TL2, 1 hand weapons have a distinct advantage over 2 hand weapons by being able to have more affixes and more sockets. That is no longer the case.

If you have LAO 2.0 already installed, recommend starting a new game for the Chaos Edition.  If you switch mods, you will lose all your items (unless you install them both at the same time, run the game, then close it, then turn off LAO 2.0 on the next startup)

Why is this mod overpowering two hand weapons so much? They where fine in vanilla! I was using them alot! With this mod installt, there is no point in using one hand wheapons anymore. -.-

This is an amazing mod and here is the only cons.
1. Adds some white items with no icon (charged wand)
2. Makes some weapons from other mods seem weaker in comparison
3. Makes you overpowered

How this mod makes you overpowered is quite simple this can be a pro too. The mod makes affixes scale with item level right, you know what this means? This means when you enchant an item, the affixes scale to the tem level, a level 60 item with attribute echantment can give up to 64 or more of any stat as well as around 30+ stats if you get another stat as well. I could imagine how broken this can get when you near level 100. This can be remedied by having LAO placed below a mod like synergies. This mod makes enchantments useful but boy it can get out of hand. The mod makes the game easier but in return it makes finding loot great again because of variety which can lead to creative builds.

Over. Mods at the top of the list take priority.

Does the high drop rate addon go over or under LAO Chaos?

When I disable this mod, T2 crashes.

If anyone knows how to fix this, be great to hear from you.

Thanks.

Does it works with Synergies mod? =)
RnF  [author] 9 Apr, 2017 @ 10:33am
@Demarki It will not affect the items added in from Synergies and Reiners/Arkhams except for maybe how much damage they do. It could however change the game play somewhat. I know both of those mods use the Globals.dat file which controls all sorts of things. It won't break the mods, but could slightly alter some things you would be used too (drop rates, mob density, amount of bonuses that can spawn on items etc)

I would back up your character saves before doing this, just in case you don't like the results, you could always go back.

@RnF If I do put LAO CE on top of Essentials and Synergies, how does it affect the items from those mods(including legendaries added in Synergies as well as items from Reiners/Arkhams included in Essentials)?
RnF  [author] 6 Apr, 2017 @ 9:17am
@Demarki I believe most people put it below Essentials and Synergies. It will not affect the items in Rippers/Arkhams/Reiners in a way where they randomize weapon mods. They would pretty much remain the same.

Do I put this mod on top of both Essentials and Synergies in order to work properly? How does it affect items from other weapon packs such as Rippers/Arkhams/Reiners? Does it randomize the items from those weapon mods or it leaves them as they are?
