Mod to get lower level items with?
All my characters are level 100, in NG+++. There are heaps of uniques that are only found in certain areas *in certain playthroughs*, e.g. skull of Limoany. What I am looking for is mod that adds a vendor, dungeon, anything, that gives a level 100 NG+++ character a shot at lower-level uniques/sets.
I know about low-level mapworks dungeons, but apparently that doesn't work for everything.
If all else fails I'll just start a new character with a powerlevel mod and rush a playthrough, but I'd rather use my existing ones.

Limony can still drop at higher levels yet it will be contested by higher level skull drops.

I'll post this guide if you desire to do things the "normal" way with lower farming characters:

This mod is useful to make these skulls be more available for sale (sometimes).

Only use this if you want to max the chances of only high quality gear to appear.

It is quite balanced in world drop rates and the vendor, gambler, jewelers will only have blue or better.

Lost Spirit Merchant will be affected by this if placed below this mod with many chances of Skulls appearing for sale.

Thanks for those answers.
The farming guide still involves being tied to certain playthroughs to get certain items. The running Wild mod is really nice for my purposes.

What actually ended up helping most, though, was the Endless Dungeon mod: it contains extra recipes, including one for making unique socketables. Using the mapworks, I can get the right level ingredients, so for example if I want a Skull of limoany, I get ingredients with an average level of 55, and boom.

I am so glad you found a good solution of mods and methods!

I myself feel that Limony should be more accessible in the original game.
