Mod Request - Kill / Death stat mod.
Which indicates your unit's ever kills and deaths in the unit card.

I think it will be cool if you can know which one is the real veteran :)

I don't think this is possible as we can only adjust what's on the unit cards right now. We can't add anything to it.
