Farming Robots + Fertiliser
We have robots to mine, carry and build. I think it would be a good addition to have robots that also do farming work to help farmers who tend plants. Fertiliser would also help to increase growth rate and help with large bases which have food problems.

Robots are useful because they free up colonists to do other jobs. Drill bots free up workers so they can use the machines in the processing plant. Constructors free up engineers so they can use machines in robotics and factory domes. Carriers free up everyone.

Farming bots would free up biologists, and they would stand around doing nothing. So I would never build farming bots.

The biologists could switch to maintaining the vitromeat machines, and moving food around. A dull life, but they'd still have something to do.
