Regenerating world stops generating c?

Basically why can't I earn C after regenerating my world and how can I fix that?

its probably a bug
it happens
you cant fix it ;-;
you have no choice but to delete save slot or wait for updates

Im pretty sure all you have to do is regen the world again. The bug happens alot and only fixes it's self on a regen or game restart as far as i know.
