keep sticker over the skins

I see stickers at Commando 101 keep over the skins. Is possible to keep other default stickers (exp at Led Combo, receivers of some rifle) over the skins?

i don't think so... The gradients on the launcher were set by overkill to not recolor the sticker parts. I don't think they will change that to other already existing stuff. you could copy the texture and add it as a sticker and place it on there if you really want that
