How do I make a mod? I cant locate the ultimate mod editor...

UltimateModEditor wasnt released by Greenheart and i guess the people behind it stopped working on it. If you really want to make mods you should check the API.

Or you download the latest version of UME, but it has some bugs and not all functions work correctly.
