Not that I am aware of, closest I can think of would be the Colonial Charter mods or DS Mods..., most of them add or adapt the gameplay but they do revise some of the vanilla buildings and add a few of their own, along with additional resources and so on... A skin mod would be a good challenge. I am still after a decent night/day and illuminations mod... hoping somebody will build. I will play this forever no doubt, until Banished 2.0 comes out.
