Help needed on Mods

Hi There.
I have downloaded a good deal of Mods for the game. How do i enable them in game?
A few trucks and trains are there, but Stations and other things are not showing up in game.

When starting a game: select custom scenario and then press Advanced... button.

When adding to an existing game: Select Saved game and press little + button at top of Enabled mods section.
