Cargo harbor update available
I have updated the Cargo harbor on Steam works to v1.1

Fixes:
* Collision box

Addition:
* Added tag "Cargo harbor"
* Added new options for dock 1 and dock 3 (Left, Right, Left Through and Right Through)

There is now a new option to let ships go through in stead of turn around.
