None of rentable building in workshop actually appear as rentable (Alpha 11)

I think the developer mentioned he knew the issues in another thread. You can copy the files from your workshop folder into your game directory's buildings folder.

IE paths on my PC-
copy folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362620
to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Software Inc\Buildings
