I was very disappointed when I learned there was no hotseat for that title(also endless space 2).
I thought it to be a staple of the TBS genre, and since I logged more then 2 hours already(so no refund) - I have to ask - is this possible?
I understand that such a thing was not implemented because of simultaneous turns, to make multiplayer faster, but is there a way to add a toggle for simultaneous/classic turns? essentially telling the game "no, instead of altogether, we're going to go 1 by 1", thus enabling multiple players to use the same machine? or will that kind of effort take a whole team of people, examining the code and tweaking it from the ground up? I feel a hotseat mod will be very popular.
