Which popular MOD is known for preventing assimilated minor faction perks?
In this load order,
I've got:
Neon Colors
Combo Techs
Hidden Alloys
Expanded Hero Market
Mightier and Magicker
Never Loot Nothing
Freeform Custom Factions
UPDATED Build Over Ruins And Villages
Turks More Faction Points 8000 (although I've never found a mod that makes more than roughly 1300 points worth of perks to spend it on)
Progression
Complete Skill Tree Overhaul

I'm unable to get the perks from assimilating minor factions in the regions I have cities built, nor from villages that I use Conversion on.
