how can i mirror a map
Is it possible to flip one side of the map i made to the other as an identical reversed copy? or do i have to do it all by hand?

You can select (Shift + drag), copy (Ctrl + C), paste (Ctrl + V) multiple ground blocks, then press H to mirror them horizontally. The same can be done with individual structures, just select one of the joints to select the structure, and hold M to move it once pasted. Best to move with one of the foundations selected. This is all in the map editor guide.
