I always wanted to play the game without the mutual exclusive buildings restrictions and have all building available. There was a thread about this months ago, and one of the answers given was to use the cheat "Build Everything", while this somewhat offers what I want; I'd rather have a mod that just gets rid of the restriction all together so you still have to start the buildings off at level 1 and you still need to upgrade your palace to make them available.
