Possible mod or game update feature

i think it would be really cool and fun to have like a meter somewhere in a fight that shows the current power lvl of the fight going on so that during the fight you could see the swing between both sides as you're fighting. Fighting like 3k power vs 3k power and slowly seeing both sides dwindle down and just seeing the power loss spikes would be super cool.

Army power, as a sum of unit power, is meaningless except as a rough ballpark of the total strength of an army. Due to how units perform, how terrain works, and buffs/debuffs, this is not a very useful value once battle has started. Cleverly modded units can massively over-perform in relation to their points value.

Want to see how you're doing in battle? Look at how many units are left, their positions, their health, and who's turn it is.
