Did we need to buy the apps before we can upload to workshop?
So i want to upload my live2d work, butI cant seem to find upload button or such.
Did I need to buy facerig first?

Yes, you must have FaceRig first, before you can upload avatars on the Workshop. Here is a useful tutorial that details the steps that have to be followed to upload an avatar: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=333986126
