VW Fun Cup ver 1.07 won't go away
I can not make the installed version of the VW Fun Cup ver 1.07 go away. I have unsubscribed to ver 1.18 but 1.07 remains. VWFCv107 does not exist in the Workshop, although it says Workshop Item. When I delete it from my HDD, the zombie bastard keeps getting re-installed. No vmods are holding it.
Any applicable, non-distructive ideas are welcome.

well . . . thanks for you attention Steam.
I found the v1.07 in folder 365960/1428803438.
it was deleted by the author, so it did not exist on Steam, but it survived on my hdd & kept getting reinstalled.
to Steam I say
