"Image Space Incorporated" Workshop items
Will these still work in rf2?
If so, are there any that are replaced by the "new" updated content from 397?

Basically, do I need anything from the "Image Space Incorporated" workshop files or will I get everything if I just get all the stuff from 397?

The original ISI content was DirectX9, the S397 content is DirectX11. Any ISI content which has been updated to DirectX11 is now in S397 workshop uploads.

Any ISI original content which is hasn't been updated to DirectX11 will have strange yellow or white glowing effects, but will function.
