However, read the comments in there as mods installed from workshop are usually located in different location ( Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\302670 )
Also, readme.txt under Call to Arms\mods\template explains general things.
It basically comes down to this:
; oldest game version your mod is still compatible with (when in doubt, enter the latest version you tested)
{minGameVersion "1.020"}
; latest game version your mod has been tested on and is compatible with (can only be few versions(5) ahead of current game version)
{maxGameVersion "1.025"}
HOWEVER Keep in mind some mods if they are more than just missions or maps may require actual mod files update to work with new game version as there are many changes in latest update to core of the game. Also, if you are editing workshop installed mod to which you are subscribed, keep in mind it might overwrite your changes to mod.info when author updates the mod on workshop itself.
